Plugin DSP Load

The Plugin DSP Load Window enables the user to see how much or how little their thrid-party plugins are affecting the session’s overall alloted DSP usage in milliseconds.

It can be enabled by ticking it’s menu entry in Window->Plugin DSP Load. Once loaded it can be moved freely.

The DSP Load window features statistics for each plug-in covering it’s:

• Minimum DSP calculation time.
• Maximum DSP calculation time
• Average DSP calculation time.
• Standard Deviation (σ).
• A meter showing where it lies between 0 and the session’s current max DSP calculation time (1000 x (buffersize / samplerate))
