Upon opening the Cue page, you should see a list of clips on the rightmost left pane:

Mixbus Bundled Content:

• GrooveMonkee MIDI Drums: This is a collection of drum arrangements played with the ‘feel’ of a live drummer. These files have all notes on channel 10, so the default GMSynth auditioner will play them as drum sounds. You can override the patch setting to make the drums sound more laid-back, aggressive, or electronic, depending on the patch selected or the synth used.
• Goldbaby Audio Samples: This collection of eclectic sounds was generated by vintage synthesizers, drum machines, and other electronic gear. You can use this material to add flavor and contrast to your session.
• Raw MIDI Chords: This is a collection of over 1500 chords organized by the key and major/minor variations. There are also chord progressions for each key, provided as 1 bar per chord change. These .mid files have all notes on notes on channel 1, so the default GMSynth auditioner will play them as piano sounds. You can override the patch setting to use an electric piano, organ, strings, or even drum sounds.
• Raw MIDI Drums: This is a collection of over 2000 individual drum patterns, organized by musical style and then provided as one or more of kick drum, snare drum, hihats, cymbals, and percussion. These .mid files have all notes on channel 10, so the default GMSynth auditioner will play them as drum sounds. You can override the patch setting to make the drums sound more laid-back, aggressive, or electronic, depending on the patch selected or the synth used.

The content may be used without license or additional payment in your projects. However you may not re-publish the material without changes as your own. You can find the each individual collection’s licenses by navigating to the bundled content folder in the Mixbus application folder.

!Mixbus’s bundled content may change in the future. But any files that you’ve imported to your sessions will remain playable in the session, even if the files are no longer stored in our bundle.
